Information about the Shop and WePlay Coins:

In the website shop, you have the option to top up your balance by acquiring "WePlay Coins". It's important to note the distinction between the "Website Shop" and the "Ingame Shop". For example:

  • If you top up your balance with the product "Donator+", you will receive 100 WePlay Coins on the website. With these WePlay Coins, you can purchase products from our product selection. Let's say you buy the product "Donator+ 30 Days Modded Server". In this case, 80 WePlay Coins will be deducted from your 100 Website WePlay Coins, and you will receive the benefits of the purchased product. 20 Website WePlay Coins will remain in your account.

Note: The crediting of Ingame Shop "WePlay Coins" is not currently automated. The credit will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than within 24 hours. We are working on a solution.

Ingame Shop:

After acquiring items in the Ingame Shop with "WePlay Coins", you can automatically claim your order using the command "/claim". The purchased items will then be automatically transferred to your inventory. Ensure you have sufficient space.

You can find the link to the Ingame Shop on every server in the ESC menu at the top right with the shopping cart symbol. Alternatively, you can get the URL through the command: "/shop".

On the homepage, you will also see the live status of all game servers on the right. There is also a shopping cart symbol that leads you to the Ingame Shop of the respective server.

General:

Purchases cannot be refunded in the event of an alpha change or due to a bug.

"WePlay Coins" in the Ingame Shop will be retained in the case of a wipe within the same alpha version.

A wipe of "WePlay Coins" in the Ingame Shop is not planned by default. However, if it occurs due to reasons such as a bug or other errors, it will be announced in advance.

Users with Donator+ status have the advantage of retaining their "WePlay Coins" in the Ingame Shop after a wipe (whether it's a new alpha version or an announced wipe).

Credits for "WePlay Coins" in the Ingame Shop are usually processed within 24 hours. If there are any delays, we will inform you separately.
