2. Distinction between Website Shop and Ingame-Shop:
- It's important to know that there is a distinction between the Website Shop and the Ingame-Shop. When you top up your balance in the Website Shop, you receive WePlay Coins, which can be used in the Ingame-Shop for various in-game products.
3. Retention of WePlay Coins after a Wipe:
- In the event of a wipe within the same Alpha version, your WePlay Coins in the Ingame-Shop will be retained. A wipe of WePlay Coins is not planned by default, but it will be announced in advance if necessary due to errors or bugs.
4. Benefits for Donator+ Users:
- Donator+ members have the advantage of retaining their WePlay Coins in the Ingame-Shop even after a wipe (whether it's a new Alpha version or an announced wipe). This allows you to continue using your acquired coins.
5. Credit of WePlay Coins:
- The credit of your WePlay Coins in the Ingame-Shop usually takes place within 24 hours of the purchase. If there are any delays, we will inform you separately.
