<p>To place an order, please select the desired items and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can enter your delivery address and payment information. Your purchase contract is formed after successful payment and confirmation by us.</p><p>Alternatively, we offer the option to place an anonymous order. Simply provide your email address. After adding the desired items to your cart, choose the "Anonymous Order" option and enter your email address. We will then inform you about the order process and shipping status via email, while keeping your personal data protected.</p>

<p>The delivery time is within 24 hours after payment receipt. Currently, we accept payments through PayPal and bank transfer. Additional payment methods will be available in the future.</p>

<p>After successful payment and acceptance of your order, you will receive a separate email with your order invoice in PDF format. The invoice serves as confirmation of your purchase contract.</p>

<p>The order confirmation simply confirms the receipt of your order. The purchase contract is concluded when we receive your payment and accept your order. Upon processing your payment, you will receive a separate email notification and subsequently your invoice in PDF format.</p>
